Yesterday, I tagged my cactus pictures for the last few years and a few other pictures of the yard as "cactus." So if you'd like, you can go to my info page click on 'tags' and then 'cactus' and find them all together. Most of the gang has already seen them and I have to admit after several years they are a little repetitious. I should have taken more pictures of cacti that don't flower to mix things up a little. ;o)

I've looked at the first page so far - you have some fantastic cacti and it's great that you know what they are as it helps me a lot. I noticed you have one of the cacti that I bought the other day - Astrophytum asterias. It's a beautiful cactus with and without its flower isn't it?

Yes, and the other kinds of Astrophytum are nice, too, although not all the flowers are as showy.
