Crazy with the heat

The Ice Cream truck just went by playing Jingle Bells! I think I better go see that the front door is locked and perhaps I should shove the piano against it just to be safe.

I hope the cat will save me if the crazy ice cream man comes in through the window...

Oh, the ice cream truck at Kiwanis Park plays Christmas carols all year round. It's the show tunes I find disconcerting.

The truck didn't come down my street till this year. It used to go through the hispanic area nearby, month after summer month always appropriately playing "Waltzing Matilda."

I guess worse than "Jingle Bells" would be "Love for Sale," but not much. ;o)
