Once upon a Time zzzzzz...

I didn't find it very interesting, but it felt targeted specifically to mature women who wouldn't want to watch football on Sunday night. I don't watch pro football either. But the combination of Disney stories masquerading as fairy tales and the maudlin tale of the lead character's family was hard for me to stay awake for. Nothing wrong with the show really. I just didn't find any reason for me to keep watching it.

Remember, I don't seem to be the target audience. If you liked it, I think it was aimed more toward you and I hope you will continue enjoying it.

Well, I would be the target audience, I guess. I only saw the last half but read the summary of the part I missed, and can't say I was impressed. It's not about fairy tale plots, but about characters that have the names of fairy tales characters--what's interesting about that?

I do love the actor who plays Henry, and will probably give it one more try, but basically--meh.

Also underwhelmed. And Shadowkat was right about the horrendous acting. I don't think the actors were comfortable yet playing over-the-top fairy tale characters (especially when they're written so Disneyesque--another disappointment, hope Grimm is better).

But it gets another try.
