Seeing the RWA controversy, I see many involved on both sides flawed and making snap decisions. I found this, this morning, which I wish everyone could hear whether they are making racist comments, claiming others are making them, or are somehow caught in the middle. There are definite political overtones here, but this is why we need to listen even when we're sure the other side isn't listening:
