Just when I thought it wouldn't come till monday, the UPS truck stopped by and dropped off my birthday present to myself.

Don't you just love the smell of cardboard and packing peanuts?

Yep. When the whole family is grown up birthday's are more a matter of scheduling than the original event was!

My sister is having me over for dinner, a few days early. But, I get to keep Buffy (from the icon) for the following weekend. I'm getting something a lot more practical from my sister than I bought, ie clothes.

I'm not saying what it is yet, because I can't open it till tomorrow! With our heat the finish could crack. If it's not what I think it is I may be more surprised than I usually want to be for my birthday!
