Swim suit
I bought a swim suit (just in case) for Tahoe. It seems like just yesterday, men's swim suits were pretty skimpy. Now they all look like they belong on men... well, my age. I feel silly wearing these bloomers. What's next? Swim suit tops for men again?

I can't go on. Life has no meaning. Yarrrghhh. Those are my two things: snow and swimming. Well not, you know, at the same time. Why did this happen to me? Why? It was so close. It was within my grasp. And it was snatched away, like a carrot on a proverbial string!
(Can ya tell I'm feeling a little sorry for myself this evening? ;o)
I'm sure you'll look quite dignified in your new trunks, as opposed to the youngsters who tend to wear them hovering precariously low on their non-existent hips.

Dignified is probably stretching it.
Wish you could come.

My friend, Leona, and I were going to drive down. We had paid the deposit for cabin v3 and everything, and then suddenly Leona said she didn't want to go. For many reasons, I'm not able to come on my own, so that's that.
Maybe next time...?

The only time I ever wore a classic speedo was for a swim class for college. The school provided and required them. I was just as pleased there were no women in the building. Remember when old-fashioned always seemed overly modest?

Memphis is interesting. I've seen several young women in slacks or jeans and what in the old days would have been a maternity top--empire waisted and down below their hips, but about as low cut as you can get in public without being arrested. I suppose I've just been behind in fashion in Michigan--they are still wearing belly button bearing fashions.
I suppose I am old--the women's fashions do astonish me.

Not too much. Actually, most players wear compression shorts under the big baggy shorts and it's fine. If find my complete lack of skill to be more of an impediment than my baggy pants.
