Two news helicopters following a car chase crashed here today killing four people. As you might guess they lost sight of each other. Some of the wreckage seems to have come down in a park. There was a third news helicopter in the immediate area. There is certainly a place for news helicopters. But I wish the FAA would just ban this nonsense of following car chases. At least let the skies be a little safer for the police helicopters.
