Quiz: Boston won the World Series because

Last week I forgot the mighty Sun Belt Conference is in the top division (I doubt I'm the only one who forgets) so I should recognize

2. Louisiana-Lafayette 1-7

3. North Texas 1-7
In other punching bag conference news, we add from Con USA ex-Southwest Conference teams
4. Rice 1-7.
5. SMU 1-7. Baylor probably wishes it was still in the same conference with these guys, except for when it comes time to balance the checkbook.
From the slightly superior Mountain West
6. UNLV 2-7.
7. Colorado St. 1-7
And from the considerably tougher SEC
8. Mississippi 2-7. With the improvement of Vanderbilt and Mississippi St., apparently the only really bad team in a fairly homogenous conference this year.
Nobody seems grossly over-rated this week. So how about some possible upsets?
How about Arizona State vs Oregon? Pick either team and you have an upset. The BCS computers say ASU is better. The human polls and Las Vegas betters prefer the Ducks. The winner is a huge step closer to being conference champions.
Colorado vs Missouri. Yeah, Mizzou is rated number 9 by everyone. But playing at the field in Boulder which is 5000 feet higher in altitude than they are used to, has never been easy for the Tigers. Just ask Oklahoma about playing in Boulder. If the Tigers win we'll know for sure Missouri is for real, Colorado ain't that good, or the officials forgot how to count downs again.
