Aha!

Since yesterday I've been wondering who the new "stamp portrait" of Queen Elizabeth II looks like - Elizabeth portait here. It's certainly not hideous as some have claimed, nor does it look like some bloke in a wig as someone said. (Okay, maybe it looks like some nice lady in a wig.) However it does fail to resemble QEII much. Now I remember that face. I am sure that my grade school accellerated learning teacher Mrs B. would be proud if she knew that a fair likeness of her would hang in the palace one day. (The piece of the portrait in the link does not extend down to the floor where the royal dogs are portrayed. No word if they are pleased with their likenesses.)
