My favorite mountain drive, Ouray to Silverton on US Highway 550.
In the mountains you get used to going up or down and you sometimes can't tell which you are doing if you are are passenger. It's definitely true in the vid. The steepest bit may be the very beginning of the vid climbing out of Ouray. The fun really starts at the tunnel (2:25) and goes to the snow shed (7:42). The summit of Red Mountain Pass is near some buildings which appear to the right (10.33) and the conveyor ahead and to the left (10:50). This road feels quite safe to me, but one of my aunts really wigged out when my uncle insisted on showing it to her. I've been a passenger going this way and have driven it both ways several times. (Not a road I'd want to drive in a snow storm! Very avalanche prone.)
This is one below is one I'd never drive. Black Bear Pass Road.
It's actually a side road off the highway above to Telluride where the film festival is held. They used to say Jeeps only. It looks much safer on ATV as in this vid. You see a motorcycle in the early part of the vid. Hope he didn't try the worst part. People do occasionally die attempting this road. (The road is only open for a couple months in late summer, and as seen in the video it's one-way down hill through the long steep section.) It may be the most famous road in the area but appallingly it's not the most dangerous.
