Sleepy Hollow

The fun episode last night seemed to have been written by two committees that never talked to each other. All the long previously-ons and flash backs said pretty clearly that the plan for the exciting climax was going to fail. But not so oddly Crane, Lt. Mills and we in the audience were all convinced it would work anyway. Wish I could put a finger on why the silliness in this show works so well, where it fails so badly in most shows. I guess Tom Mison's charismatic Ichabod is just intense enough to make it fun and occasionally funny and not annoying.
