I haven't heard coherent details yet, but I taught a class in the building where the fuss seems to have been centered. They have redesigned the building, and I'm not sure the classroom where I taught even exists anymore. I didn't live very far away. Very convenient spot for me to teach in. There are a lot of dorms nearby, some high rise. That end of OSU's campus is much more cramped than it used to be. At most times of the day there would be plenty of people in the area to hear the shots. There is also talk of students being struck by a car. They've changed the traffic pattern as well, but I think Woodruff Avenue would still be the street busiest with foot traffic next to that building.
