The mullet is a more casual version of the Duck-tail that was popular among the hoodlums I went to high school with. I think mullets are out of date, but I too, wear what hair I have, unfashionably long.

We used to get snow days off in school. They were always built into the calendar. I never got a day off in college, but they did close Ohio State because of a blizzard one year. Later in life, if I couldn't get to work in the snow, I just didn't get paid.

If alone, why not? If a lot of people are sharing, I avoid dipping my chips all together, so the others are free to double dip if they care to.

A teacher's pet, but not very often.
Most class clowns were more funny than me. I did have a run in, in class, with an unfunny guy who wanted to be class clown. He might as well have worn a sign, "I have a crush on Miss ..." He wanted to play a prank that likely would have hurt poor Miss ... I stopped him. Miss ... never knew anything had happened. But all the kids in class did.

Assuming ignorance is the lack of knowledge and stupidity is the lack of intelligence, and also assuming they don't always go hand-in-hand... I'd say stupidity. As the saying goes you can always do something about ignorant, but stupid is permanent.
