From NBC news: Trump cancels Denmark trip after PM refuses to sell him Greenland.

The guy is severely petulant. Hey, maybe if someone from each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia refuses to sell him something (and it can be basically as useless as most of Greenland) he'll get mad and leave!

Believe me, Denmark, I'd thank my lucky stars he isn't coming.

Yes, I saw that in the Times. Greenland apparently was not amused, they are sovereign country and not connected to Denmark.

Actually they are still connected, but only in a limited way, mostly in foreign affairs. They are less connected than the US and Puerto Rico, but more connected than Denmark and Iceland which used to share the Danish king or queen.

Connected, but not in a way that Denmark can sell them to another country or anyone for that matter. LOL!
