Naughty Microsoft, well maybe

I needed to do some business this morning on the net, downloading something to connect to something else. I've been using Microsoft Edge because I'm not planning on using this computer on the internet long term. Anyway Edge was refusing to connect with the site this morning. It may have been a problem on the far end, but I suspected it was Edge. So trusting my hunch I downloaded Chrome and started it up. Then I immediately tried the download... Nary a hiccup. Using Chrome also seems to have at least temporarily corrected a display problem I've been having with Dreamwidth. (That was probably a setting I accidently chose somewhere I don't know how to get back to in Edge!) At any rate, I'm happy having things back the way they were before my old computer died last year.
