We have an election tomorrow, not just a primary for the November elections, but local final elections.
One candidate for mayor of my suburb has sent me literature saying she is for smart growth, public safety, education, economic development and water (This is the desert folks). All of those in big letters. So if we are to have a genuine choice, her opponents in some combination must be in favor of brainless growth, public danger, mass ignorance, economic stagnation and booze. Only when I find out who supports which positions can I make an informed decision...
