It's hard to see this. But Sirius is a little afraid of the camera and I have to take what I can get. Mostly one of his ears is pointed toward the "a" the other toward the "t." The gray stuff between his ears and below his right ear is not part of him, but actually the cactus several inches beyond him, that he accidentally knocked off this table recently, now re-potted. Yes, Sirius is cosily curled up in a bowl of cactus.
