With both Bones and Castle on hiatus, I missed one episode, which seems to have had about 90% of the series intrigue and plot development. Never fear, I saw the end last night, which had most of the series' surprises and moral conflict and all the story resolution. I was surprised to see them advertising a series CD set about the middle of the episode. Will anyone buy it? If there had been as much action and plot in the first ten episodes as there was in the last two, maybe people wouldn't have been wondering all this time why the show lasted so long. As I've said before I wouldn't have watched it at all, but it was a convenient bridge between Bones and Castle. The last two episodes showed they were capable of something much better. So why didn't they do it?
I think new replacement series stars Kevin Bacon. Boy, now that's a way to get viewers excited. ;o)
