Roast bison makes a good substitute for roast beef. (The local produce market has bison on special this week.)

What I hear from Chicagoans in this neighborhood is that the committee could tell that there was not a lot of local support for the Olympics here. The Tribune had editorials against Olympics almost every day, and there were anti-Olympic groups. Lots of suspicion of potential for corruption. In Chicago? I'm shocked, Shocked!
