I had an awful weekend thanks to a bad sinus infection and a resulting nasty headache.

I don't care for pro football. So I wouldn't have watched the Super Bowl anyway. Glad it was a decent game for those who did watch.

I understand the new tallest building in the world in Dubai has closed for repairs after only one month. Couldn't get the electricity to run that far uphill or something. ;o)

The clear game of the day, yesterday, for those who care - was the Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Washington Capitals in Hockey. Though - as an Arizona resident, this would require you to (a) care about Hockey (b) watch games that start before noon and (c) tune in to NBC. Which most people in America don't do all that much.

Sorry you weren't feeling well, & on a weekend yet! Hope it's all gone away by now.

I turned to football when they took my Senators away >sniffle<. It helped that the Redskins were just getting good around then, but I'm still a Redskins fan rather than a football fan, & I rarely watch unless they're playing, even if it's the Super Bowl. (I remember having the flu w/headache 1 year & watching even as I shaded my eyes from the glow of the TV screen.) I made an exception this time, though, & I'm glad I did! The last time I was in New Orleans (>20 years ago!), I remember doing some touristy shopping & hearing the Saints game on in every store I went into, so I think I have some vague idea of how much their victory means there.
