Flagstaff again

For those who were with us in Flagstaff, the fire is still having consequences. Today there was a heavy thunderstorm typical of this time of year in the same area. With the vegetation gone there was a flash flood which unfortunately killed a young girl. Our local TV news showed water rushing over the road toward the east at the gas station that was not far south of our cabin.

Those mountains were pretty barren even with the trees, so I'm not surprised to hear this. How terrible that it cost someone her life.
Did they ever figure out what started the fire?

It was a campfire that was not properly extinguished. So was the other one farther south the evening before.
