I woke up to a nice gentle rain shower, the first rain at my house in months. Now it's gone and it's like a steam bath outside. Nothing new or exciting, but it's interesting to get a gentle shower for the first rain this time of year. Might get a more typical booming thunderstorm any day.

One good thing about post-rain weather. The air temp goes down, so that, with the humidity, it doesn't feel any hotter than it did before.
