I don't hold with the Terps trying to start fights before the game. That pretty bush league. But refusing to shake hands? After all the garbage Maryland has taken on the field from Penn State over the years, they don't owe the Nittany Lions anything. Want to show 'em it's a new era? Okay, I approve. Refuse to shake hands. Take the penalty. Get it out of your system. You made it work... Next year get back on good behavior, and hope it doesn't take another 50 years to beat Penn State again.

Heh. We are not exactly known for "good behavior" - particularly in cases where Maryland's terrible inferiority complex comes into play...
