I really got irked at the show Medium, last night. The main plots are fine, but TV Allison is an unpleasant bitca in her family life and her husband is alternately a pathetic wimp and an absurdly doubting clown. Neither of the two supports the other which the writers seem to think is hunky-dory. Also, the writers' idea of child raising borders on neglect. I think I've seen enough. I won't be watching that show any more. It's too bad. It had some promise.

I've been disappointed lately, too, but will continue to watch because I do actually like the husband and am curious about what they'll come up with next. But there is a lot of retread.

And, I'm surprised no one here mentioned the gigantomundo error that ruined the episode for me - how the heck did Allison and then her husband get through security to wait at the gate at the airport without (one assumes) a ticket/boarding pass? Allison maybe if she used her DA credentials, but her husband showing up?!?!? Having just flown our friendly skies this past weekend, there is no way someone is going to get through to a gate without a ticket.

And, might I add, I happened to fly in and out of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport - same airport they would have been at.

I noticed the airport business, and thought that even Allison probably wouldn't have free access. But, they've been having characters waltz out to the airport gates like it was 1980 on most shows lately. So I can't gripe too much specifically about this instance. It must be a lot more annoying to those who've just passed through an airport recently.
