One of my favorite sports quotes was the tongue-in-cheek reply of baseball player Mark Grace to a reporter asking about players' good luck charms and rituals, "No, I'm not superstitious. It's bad luck!"
That's pretty funny! And I totally forgot today was Friday the Thirteenth. I like the day for what it means, the weirdness of superstitions and traditions of that ilk, but I'm not superstitious myself. Hmm... but I guess it wouldn't hurt to knock on wood anyway. Hee!
