Yes, she's a cocker, and a very hairy one. She really needs a hair cut with the hot weather we've been having. We had one when I was a kid that didn't need to be trimmed so often.
Fortunately, Buffy is very photogenic. It looks like she was posing here, but really she was trotting around inspecting everything on the patio for anything interesting.
Yes, other than wanting lots of attention she doesn't ask for much. Although Lucky, my sister's cat, who was also with me while my sister was out of town, thinks Buffy is a big bully. Buffy thinks Chase-the-Cat is a great game. So Lucky spends a fair amount of time either under the bed where Buffy can't go or on top of the bed whee Buffy isn't allowed!
Buffy would get so jealous if I got a dog. She doesn't get to go with my sister to see her grandkids as much as she used to. All the kids and grandkids all love her, but she'll start growling, if someone is petting one of their dogs instead of her! But, she enjoys coming over to my place, and will let me pet the cat if I don't overdo it. ;o)
