You can always find something to procrastinate about.
1. Sunrise or Sunset?
Not a big fan of either. Here in AZ nice sunsets are not common; too few clouds. I'd rather sleep through sunrise.
2. Tea or coffee?
Tea. I don't like coffee in any form.
3. Shoes or socks?
Both in the winter, neither in the summer.
4. Pants or skirts?
Pants. No kilts for me.
5. Television or movies?
Right now neither, but over all TV; much bigger choice, you don't have to put up with all sorts of misbehavior seen in the theater.
6. Fiction or non-fiction?
Non-fiction. I quit reading a lot of fiction when I was trying to write fiction and don't really miss it. I can learn things from non-fiction and don't have the patience to write it myself.
7. Did you enjoy school?
Oh, yes! I lived out in the country growing up. So school even high school (didn't own a car) was the only time I saw a lot of my friends. Keeping myself busy and not horribly bored was occasionally a challenge in grade school; homework rarely made it home. High school had more bad teachers, but some better ones, too. College and grad school just were better and better, although a lot more tense at times. I like to learn. I learn well from lectures, learned to write reasonably well in high school, always liked to read even if it was sometimes a serious challenge if the writing wasn't interesting (I'm looking at you Honors Philosophy 105). Why wouldn't I like school?
8. Numbers or words?
It used to be strictly numbers, but I grew to like words just as well.
9. City or Country?
The country. I hate crowds. I like being able to get away from crowds, to sing or shout at the top of my lungs and not bother anyone, to have plenty of space for a big dog, to occasionally see wild life... The suburbs are okay, but I would not like living in the dense part of a city.
10. House or apartment?
House. It would be tough without some knowledge of how to fix things. But I never have to wait for the super if I need something big fixed, just call the business myself and get it done.
11. Where would you like to go on vacation?
When you are retired it's always vacation. Wanting to travel is fine, but wanting 'to get away' when you are retired means you've got some serious problems.
