...everybody likes but I don't.

1. Rock music. Some of it is okay, but I'll always choose something else to listen to if I have a choice.
2. Soccer/futbol. World's favorite sport, but not mine. I didn't like playing it, and pretty much refuse to watch it, now.
3. Food fads. My mother studied nutrition in college and being around her taught me that faddish nutrition experts are mostly B.S. artists. Eat your fruits and vegetables. Don't be afraid of meat. Eat what you want, but in moderation. Eat a variety. Don't eat for one particular health benefit to the exclusion of others. It never works.
4. Golf. Whacking a ball around can be fun. But, why spend a fortune to whack a little ball around? Why buy a bag full of expensive clubs to do it efficiently? Why join a country club just so you have a place to smooze with people who think whacking a little ball around in a very expensive manner is great fun?
5. Massages. Ack!
6. Boating. My family owned a boat and we used to go boating on the Mississippi River practically every weekend in the summer. I got sick of it. I don't like boating just to be out on the water. I avoid little tourist boating jaunts, though I enjoyed white water rafting.
7. Waffles. My dad had a few favorite foods that we had over and over again. I never got tired of his favorite dinner, steak, but I don't want to see waffles more than a couple times a year.
8. Action comics. Didn't like them as a kid, don't like them now.
9. Maraschino cherries. As a kid I gladly gave away my maraschino cherries. As an adult I don't have to deal with them much.
10. Coffee. How can something that smells so good taste so bad? Mocha is just a horrible waste of chocolate.

5. Massages - yes, I keep trying them...but yeah.
6. Boating - I like the water, but the boats not so much...motion sickness. White water rafting or sailing is fun though. Motor boats, no.
7. Waffles - this is amusing me. My father bought my mother a waffle iron for Christmas once and she never forgave for it. She doesn't like waffles that much and finds them to be a pain to make. When she was finally able to get rid of it - and the retirement center made waffles that he could have, I think she did a happy dance.
9. Yep, never understood the appeal of the maraschino cherry. I don't like candied cherries.
10....ahhhh coffee, I think is something you teach yourself to like? I did in college by mixing it with hot coco - a huge mistake. I got addicted to it, and realized that I can't have it. Have a co-worker who loves coffee and hates tea though. Tea-drinker myself.

Coffee: In college friend of mine and I decided coffee was something we should learn to drink. We tried it every night for about a week, I think. He found a combination (cream no sugar, if I remember correctly) that he could stand. I didn't find one. I tried cold-brew coffee back in summer 2018. They promised it wouldn't be bitter. It wasn't, but I still didn't like the taste.

Can't have coffee. Shouldn't have chocolate. But...well...
Waffles? If they were made with bisquick, I can see why you began to dislike them. That and the fact you had them too often. I don't like Bisquick. I don't think I had much with Bisquick.
It wasn't the batter that was the problem for my mother - but cleaning the waffle iron, and making sure it didn't overflow.
