1. If you could choose freely, in which company or organization would you most like to work?
It's better to have a good immediate boss than worry about where you are working.
2. If you didn’t have to work for money what would you most like to volunteer for?
As a retiree I work on a lot of long term personal projects.
3. How could you realistically become healthier?
Lose weight
4. What is something you want to learn how to do?
I wanted to learn to snow ski. Too late now!
5. How did you wear your hair as a child?
Parted on the left. When I was very young my father would part it in the middle, which I grew to hate.
6. As a child, who was your favorite relative and why?
I suppose my cousin Suzie. About my age and always eager to see me.
7. What have you always been curious about?
Many many things.
8. Do you believe there is life on other planets?
Of course.
9. If you could become a member of any TV family which would it be and why?
From my childhood the family of Sky King. Lots of adventures and good deeds. Sky had his own plane and flew everywhere. His niece Penny was helpful and nice.
10. If you had no work or other obligations tomorrow I would…
Well, I don't have any really, so...
11. Where do your friends and family fit in your life? Do you prefer spending time with either group over the other?
It's COVID. I'm not spending time with anyone.
12. Where would you like to spend the most time?
Home
13. Do you work harder with or without supervision?
In the long haul without. Short term, undoubtedly with.
14. Are details more your thing or do you prefer focusing on the big picture?
Generally big picture
15. Are you likely to make more friends out of people you approached or are all friends of yours part of your extended inner circle?
It's a lot easier to make friends within a circle, especially when you are an introvert. But I've done the other.
16. In an argument are you more willing to compromise or do you impose your point of view until the very end?
Depends if I suddenly see I was at least partly wrong!
17. What activities make you lose track of time?
Playing video games.
18. What did you love to do as a teen?
Go out with my girlfriend.
19. Do you have a preferred toothpaste brand?
No. I liked Pepsodent as a kid mostly because Colgate and Crest had more frequent annoying ads.
20. What is something you really wanted as a child?
A pony. My parents both from farm families wanted no part of that, though we had the space. (A neighbor had one she didn't take good care of.)
21. What parent are you more like?
My dad, but I have my mother's bad temper sometimes.
22. Do you have a preference on name brand vs store brand?
If we're talking groceries, store brands in my experience are pretty bad. Generic/no brand has been just fine lately.
23. Preferred water temperature for showering?
Warm
24. What was the size of your high school?
My graduating class was just over 600 and not everyone graduated, so somewhere north of 1800.
25. What's an opinion you held for a long time that you no longer hold?
I tend to forget opinions I no longer hold. ;o)
26. What is the most frivolous item you own? (No purpose or value)
Well, among my very few knickknacks I have a real tarantula encased in a plastic dome. (A Christmas gift.)
27. Have you ever failed a class?
Yep. In college. No need for all the details. Let's just say, I knew it was time for a dramatic change in my life and it was more or less on purpose.
28. Do you have a certain way you have to sleep? (Covered, not covered, with or without noise etc.)
I don't like noise at bedtime. Covered, depends on the time of year. I'm about to take all the blankets off my bed. I don't even sleep under a sheet in high summer here in AZ. About November I start adding blankets as the weather gets cold at night.
29. Do you manage your time well?
Reasonably.
30. What was the last book you read?
Cover to cover? I don't remember. I was reading selections from a book about geology and a book on railroad locomotives, yesterday.
31. What would you do if you became immortal?
Probably get depressed.
