Same with frosting - also diabetic coma waiting to happen. (powdered sugar, butter, sometimes milk and vanilla. Sometimes crisco (which no one uses any longer) but made for sturdier icing, fondant is 100% sugar, we don't even have butter. It's basically marshemellow fluff.)
Can't have either any longer.
Mac and cheese - sigh, also diabetic coma. Not great for cholesterol either. Best is Beechers.
I can't have it - and have accepted this fact.
Meatloaf - is disgusting, unless my mother made it - hers was basically a huge spaghetti meatball. She did it with tomato sauce. And had macroni around it with tomato sauce. So think spaghetti meatball with tomato sauce and pasta. Haven't had that in ages - and really can't now. (Can't eat it at all - it has bread crumbs in it.)
And honestly the dried beans question confused me. I've soaked them and cooked them. But cooked dried beans???
