1. Have you ever made a really large jigsaw? How many pieces is the maximum you've made?
2000 pieces is about as big as I can comfortably work on, on my table. I've done two or three that size and like other folks, Christmas - New Years is a nice quiet time to put one together.
2. It's croissant day - do you prefer sweet, savoury, plain or would you rather not eat them at all?
I've only had plain. They are fine, but I've never been excited by forms of bread.
3. When was the last time you looked at some art?
My sister was an artist of sorts. Every time I walk from the living room to my bedroom I see her painting of my cat, which she rescued many years ago.
4. What are you reading now?
I 'm rereading Tom Sawyer and Murder at the Vicarage, an Agatha Christie Miss Marple mystery.

22. What Are the Best Things You’ve Acquired Secondhand?
I don't often buy used, but I've bought a few books over the years, either to save a buck when I was in school or because the book was out of print. Amazon loves to charge a fortune for out-of-print books so I only by used books locally.
23. Do You Believe That Everything Happens for a Reason?
No. Let's not blame God for everything.
24. Do You Believe in Intelligent Alien Life?
It's hard to believe in intelligent life, period, when you see the crowds at Trump rallies. You'd think people would notice he just babbles these days.
25. Have You Ever Felt Pressured by Family or Others in Making an Important Decision About Your Future?
No. Generally I knew what was expected of me as a kid, and just worked toward that at my own pace. I procrastinate, but things get done.
26. Would You Like to Ride in a Car That Drives Itself?
Not anytime soon. We've had people run over and killed here in Arizona by driverless cars that weren't quite ready for the open road.
27. Do Your Television Viewing Habits Include ‘Binge-Watching’?
Yes.
28. Have You Ever Interacted With the Police?
Yes, I had my house burgled more than once in Missouri. I witnessed kids hit my neighbor's mailbox with a baseball bat from a car and gave the police the license number. Once, a little girl was murdered in a nearby subdivision, and I helped the police eliminate some children's clothing scattered in the road near me from what they thought might be evidence. (The murderer was caught.)
29. Should Prostitution Be Legal?
No.
30. Do You Worry A Lot About Germs?
No, I let germs worry about themselves, and get rid of them where I can.
