Not sure I'm following you 'round that bend, Masq. The group sex bit was in reference to a court decision that found that swingers clubs can't be charged under indecency laws. (http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/2005/12/21/SCOC-swingers-051221.html) No marriages involved except for various vows being broken. :)
