Well, we got enough virga overnight that it smells like rain outside. But the ground is as dry as always... No measurable rain for 133 days and counting... At my house last evening there were actually a few drops that hit the ground. But, if you've lived here in the desert you know how little that amounts to. One drops lands and before the next one hits the first has evaporated.

Yup us too. I think it is really beautiful. I think it needs to find a way to evaporate a little lower so we can see it disappear right above us. I think that would be even better.
