I had the pleasure of celebrating a traditional Nueve de Mayo (Cinco de Mayo plus four) with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
masqthephlsphr at the luxurious Restaurante Deltaco, which we had promised ourselves to do even before she left San Francisco. This fine establishment is located near such posh spots as "Chompie's" where I had an elegant "Sandwich de Reuben" a few years ago when a cousin of mine was visiting the Tempe area. I was able to press the delightful Masq for info about the upcoming installment of The Destoyer. The figure 2000 came up. It seems now to be only 1999! Remember you heard it here first!
On the more serious side, thank you, Masq, and I hope all the mothers on my list have a fine day tomorrow!
